Experience in Business DevelopmentFood business development requires broad multidisciplinary teams working in perfect coordination at a very high pace. I have participated in such teams from a variety of positions, from the design of production lines to the development of Business Cases (eg., for newly developed probiotic ingredients when the R&D projects have finished). The experience includes top-level activities to define goals, budgets and policies, but also field hands-on and development of supporting activities from zero (eg., creating an e-learning platform for multi-area and multi-national training).
