The following sites were sampled, with individual and/or collective samples of essential oil:Loma Herrero, Chinorla, Sª del Tobar, Tazona, Villena, Villajoyosa, El Carche, La Muela, Alhama, Leiva, Santa Pola, Campello, Elche, Macisvenda, Sª de Salinas, Sª del Molar, Sª del Buey, Madroño, Liétor, Caravaca, Cambrón, Entredicho, El Bebedor, Covatillas, María, Sª de Ricote, Carrascoy, Morrón, Viveros, Aitana, Enguera, Benejama.
